REMINDER:
Banquet: All members that are planning to attend the Banquet on Saturday night need to call Brushy
Creek (573) 269-4600 and advise them whether they prefer rib eye steak or smothered chicken breast. Please let them know as soon as possible!
Camping reservations: If you want to camp, reservations need to be made as soon as possible with
Brushy Creek. They are offering the option of purchasing meals at their dining hall. Breakfast Friday,
Saturday, and Sunday will be available as well as dinner Friday night. Please contact them for
reservations at 573-269-4600.
Friday Sept. 27th 7-9 pm: Pre-registration. Dues can be paid at this time. If non-members wish to
eat at the banquet, they can join and pay for a 2024 membership. Silent auction items will be accepted from registration until 8:45 am Saturday.
Saturday Sept 28th:
● 7:00 – 8:45 am: Registration.
● 9:00 am: Meeting starts promptly at 9am.
● 1:30 pm: Poker ride! There will also be Corn Hole and Washer games set up on the lawn outside
of the Lodge for non riders. Riding on your own is also an option of course.
● 7:30 pm: Silent auction ends. (Please note: this is a change from the 4:00 PM in the Action Alert)
● 6:30 pm: Banquet dinner courtesy of BCHMO for 2024 members. Option of rib eye or smothered
chicken breast, baked potato, salad bar, dessert, water, tea, and coffee.
